1. About Our Services

Paws Peptides ("we," "our," or "the Platform") is a telemedicine platform that facilitates video consultations between pet owners and licensed veterinarians. We are not a veterinary practice and do not provide veterinary medical advice directly. All medical decisions are made by independent, licensed veterinarians.

2. Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR)

A valid VCPR must be established before any prescription can be issued. Requirements vary by state and may include:

• Video consultation with a licensed veterinarian
• In-person examination (required in some states)
• Documentation of your pet's medical history
• Ongoing availability of the veterinarian for follow-up care

Our veterinarians will advise you of specific requirements for your state. If an in-person visit is required, we will help you find a local veterinarian.

4. Medications and Pharmacy Partners

All prescribed medications are compounded and dispensed by FDA-registered 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. Paws Peptides does not manufacture, store, sell, or dispense any medications directly. We facilitate the transmission of prescriptions from veterinarians to pharmacy partners.

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet
• Reside in a state where our veterinarians are licensed
• Have access to reliable internet for video consultations
• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet

6. Payment and Refunds

Consultation Fees:

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment
• If we cannot accommodate your consultation, you will receive a full refund

Medication Costs:

• Medication pricing is set by our pharmacy partners
• Payment for medications is made directly to the pharmacy
• Refund policies for medications are governed by the pharmacy

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your pet
• Disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, and current medications
• Follow treatment instructions provided by your veterinarian
• Report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly
• Attend scheduled consultations or cancel with appropriate notice
• Not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medications
• Use medications only as directed and only for the pet they were prescribed for

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paws Peptides is not liable for:

• Any adverse reactions, treatment outcomes, or damages arising from veterinary consultations or prescribed treatments
• Decisions made by veterinarians in their professional capacity
• Actions or omissions of pharmacy partners
• Technical issues that may affect consultations
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Veterinary care involves inherent risks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Paws Peptides or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our platform, other users, or veterinary professionals.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
